I have this error code 80040154 even after I register REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll. The messege given after i registered was DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded. Then it told me to restart the computer so i did and when i tried to login to my msn it continue to give me error code 80040154. Open for suggestions.

Try to reinstall MSXML3.
