I am ....good at graphix..and I think I need to make windows live's theme.....
So I just cant properly get to the point...what to do...after downloading the documentation??????
And how to convert the file into .plsk after creating everything..
help would be greatly..appreciated...

After everything is done, you'll make the folder contents a .zip file, and rename it to .plsk
The documentation cover this step in "Your First Skin" I guess.

Actually The Microsoft Html executable file format is not working here.When I open it and click on any topic.It never opens.Can you tell me how to do it?

Well, it will open normally with Windows XP and Vista, at least.
Does anybody know what could cause the help file to fail?

Yes, please.I am also having Xp.And when I open it.And when I click to the topic  such as What is msg plus skin?

or you can download free application called DAMN NFO viewer it can open any text based file... and it's free of charge, so, u can try it

well, ok, i just tried to help the guy it was a guess

EDIT: DAMN Nfo viewer actually CAN open *.chm file... it just need to be changed so that program won't limit the file size on 500kb... there, it wasn't my bad
