O.P. Tracking cookies!
I recently discovered that my Windows Live Messenger is giving me tracking cookies from ATDMT every time I sign in or sign out.. along with a number of other, non-tracking cookies.

Does anyone know how to block this?

How about the hosts file?
YouTube closed-captions ripper (also allows you to download videos!)

RE: Tracking cookies!
Cookies aren't harmful in any way. They simply keep track of which ad you already saw so you don't have to watch the same boring ad all day.

Anti-"malware" solutions came up with the idea of removing "tracker cookies" so they could list an extra feature on their site and reviews, making it look like a better product. You got a tracker cookie from this site keeping track of which threads you read (unless you denied or deleted it, making navigating this site more complicated).
