Hi there,

Is there ANY way to restore contacts that have been blocked and deleted  (also deleted from the "blocked" list)?

There is a MAJOR bug in the contact list clean-up... it seems like if the other contact blocks you, the "has" you list, changes as if you are no longer on their list, when they unblock, it goes back to "yes" status.

A MAJOR bug... "if you claim" it can reliably distinguish between contacts that are not on the list to ones that are, then at some point, users may
actually delete contacts, mistakenly thinking they deleted them too (as did I).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It is not a bug... Contacts who have blocked you are seen as contacts who have deleted you.
The contact clean-up list only shows you the very same list in Messenger's Options > Privacy > See who has you in their contact list.
