I can't download the latest version of msn.  All it does is downloads to 100% then does this rolling back nonsense.  Then error 0x80004004.  Could somebody please help? I've already tried messenger zap that did nothing.   

downloaded and installed windows install cleanup
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...bd/msicuu2.exe

then removed all windows live and messenger using this. once that was done the live installer worked fine.
