when i opened msn then select from menu  Plus! i found that it telling me Software not loaded, when i clicked on it i found this popup window




i installed it 3 times and it i still have the problem.


any idea about the solution ?

Are you using Windows on Safe Mode? (if not, what is that checkbox related to? never seen it )

I've clicked on check disable mode then it works fine. i don't know what is the difference. but finally it works fine !

Safe mode disables some features of Windows needed for Mesenger Plus! Live (and many other softwares) to work correctly, that's why it wouldn't work

It's nothing to do with Windows Safe Mode, it's to do with how Plus! hooks into Messenger. There's more information about it somewhere which I can't seem to find atm, however I'm guessing that this checkbox corresponds to the 'SafeHook' setting in the registry.
