Shoutbox

So, every now and then i don't receive a message on msn from one of my friends. I have only had this problem with one of my friends, so I'm not sure if it just her, or others too.
This has happened with Messenger Live as well as Live Plus!
I don't get any error messages or anything like that, it just looks like nobody replied.

Does anybody know how to fix this? It's rather annoying.
