Hey there!
I'm sorry if it's there already, but I've done my search and none of the suggested answers did the job for me

So here's the story:
It's been..like 2 weeks since I installed my new anti-virus program, after I installed it, Messenger Plus started acting weird, so I re-installed it and it's all fine now.
but I still can't send custom sounds when all of my friends can!
I searched over here and was pretty sure that it's because of the HOSTS file, but there wasn't anything related to MS PLUS in it!!

I think there was something with the sound servers recently, I don't know if it's fixed or what

I don't think it's because of the servers because everyone on my contact list CAN send custom sounds just fine, but I can't.
It gives an error when someone sends me a custom sound too

For example: Action: Download "pizza" (try again)

No one knows the solution?
