Could a option be added that disabled the antivirus scanning? It is pretty annoying as I have a antivirus scanner that just scans 24/7 so if I recieve a virus, it will alert me as soon as I recieve it. It simply takes up time and I have to manually close the antivirus program after it scans.

I point Messenger to a file which does absolutely nothing and because of that behaves like a 'fake virusscanner', like Dud.

Being able to turn it off completely would be convenient, but Dud has done a good job for years.

Ah yes....I remember that you pointed that solution out. But something a bit for natural would be nice

just use Dud... its the best solution

That is fine if you perfer to use that method.
But a natural method would be a option.

Because Plus!' chatlogs are better. But if you are a naturalist, while suggest it on the Plus! forum when it's something Microsoft should have taken care of in the first place?

The only method I could see working is patching Messenger to not do it, but it's unknown if that is even possible.
