i downloaded msn 9
and i dele it
and now every time i try to download it it say i already download  window live 9
can you help me out.

When you want to remove a program from your computer, you can't just delete the files. You have to uninstall it properly. More info.

So if you've just gone and deleted msnmsgr.exe, there's still lots of other files left over, so Windows thinks you've still got it installed.

Go to Control Panel and repair Windows Live Essentials. More info.
