RE: Help cant step forward to installation
You get "msn" (note: "msn" does not exist as a program, the proper name is Windows Live Messenger, or at least Messenger) by downloadng from the official site.
ZapMessenger is, as you can read on JK's blog site, a program to remove the remains of Messenger and its bad installation.
I contacted JK to inform him that the download link doesn't work anymore. So, try again later. EDIT: It should work again
Removing the remains of the bad installation is essential and must be done before you reinstall. As long as you haven't done that, the installation will always fail.
