Hi. I'm trying to open Messenger Plus, and where theres meant to be the Plus! icon next to the email icon, its not there on mine.
When I open Messenger Plus! outside messenger, I get this message:

I kinda get what that means since Tochjo on IRC told me about it. Then, the only thing from Messenger Plus! is the Log Viewer, from outer messenger.
I was told to share the list of my programs here, but its awfully long so I will post it tomorrow, when you ask for it.
My friend Kie asked if I had the colour pallete, but I said no.
Can somebody please help me?

Messenger Plus! Live opens automatically as part of Windows Live Messenger, it's not a seperate program that you need to launch.
