It would be to complex to explain how you make a proper GIF animation if you don't know the basics.
Attach the image you want to convert to a 50x50 custom icon and someone will make it for you...
Note: provide an image which is close to or exactly 50x50 pixels. The bigger the image the worse the output will be (since the image needs to be resized down). And remember that a GIF animation can only have a maximum of 256 colors.

Nobody said anything about decreasing the size. We said to add a 1x1 pixel second transparant frame, which is something completely different.
