Shoutbox

Suddenly emoticons won't appear on my Messenger, no matter if I type them or others send them.  All I get are the punctuation that underlies them.

Any idea what could be wrong?

In the conversation window, click "Tools" (or press Alt on the keyboard to make that menu show if you don't have it by default) then make sure that "Show Emoticons" is ticked
