Can anyone please tell me how to send a video from my computer to e mail someone else . I can't upload anymore than 10 mb, and says that the file is too big, and to get messenger plus, I have, but I still can't get anymore, is there something I'm supposed to be doing?

No, Messenger Plus! live won't allow you to send a larger file.  It will be talking about MSN+, the paid extension for Hotmail.

To send a large file use something like http://www.sendspace.com/ or http://www.yousendit.com/
