Hi Guys and Gals, i just changed my old emial account for a new one and now i have lost everything all my photos and contacts does anyone know how i might get them back.
PS the old emial address does not work

Hi. What do you mean you "changed" it? You can't change your Hotmail email address to a different one, you can only create a new one. In which case none of the photos or contacts would be on your new one. What did you do with your old email account, delete it? If so, then no you can't retrieve saved content.

bugger i would say that is a very strong possibility that i have deleted the old account i will try for a password reset,but i did not see anything saying "do you wish to close account" should i have had a warning?

You would know if you've deleted the account or not, as you have to go to Account Options, click Close Account, read all the warnings and what data will be deleted, then finally confirm your password and click 'yes'; so it's not something you can do accidentally.

You can't without logging in into that old account since all that stuff is associated and stored in your old account.

Chances are you do not need to create a new account; you can change your existing account to another email address in certain cases.

Hi Guys well i added one of my old contacts and i can see my origanal msn account but i cannot access it i have tried all my emial accounts and passwords. But no luck
Any ideas?
