O.P. Does msg plus really need to use spyware and stupid toolbars to survive?
Wake up! Msg Plus and Msg Discovery has stopped on time. There is no more reason today to use stupid "sponsor" toolbars and spywares on msg+.

You dont really need this to survive and support the program.

Making this Opensource is so much easy and will have many people interested in helping to develop msg+.

There is no more sucker installing the stupid "sponsor" toolbar anymore.

Is time to change.

If you're going to feed the people working on Messenger Plus! (or MD for that matter), by all means, feed them. If not, at least give them the option of making a living.

It's just adware/sponor that you selected, which is readily uninstallable, so I still don't get your point.

Plus, Plus! is now owned by a company, which is of course expected to make money somehow...so again, unless you can devise a better way for them, I really don't know what you want.
