O.P. Couldn't find anywhere, sry help

So, I'm using and old windows live messenger 7.0 with plus 3.6 and I want to install plugins and scripts and I couldn't find where in this old version to install such things. The plugin is .plsc extension, how I can install this thing. Plz, someone help me, I know it's a idiot question, but really couldn't find anything about it!!

You can't.

PLSC files are script files and can only be run under Messenger Plus! 4 or higher.

In Messenger Plus! 3 you can only install so called 'plugins' which are DLL files.
