If people want, I can set up a programming forum (most likely at ProBoards.com). It'll obviously be solely for Plus! programming initially, but it could branch out to Messenger programming too.

Any programming stuff to do with Plus! can either be discussed in Plugins/Plus! Gen or Tech Talk... Take your pick really.

Not sure, but there website is very choppy, hate to say it, it experiences a lot of Down Time.

When Mess.be is down, so is MSN Fanatic (same server)
