i'm belgian, so sorry for my bad english

i've a little problem
i installed MSG plus with the ad
then, i removed MSG but the ad were still in IE
i try to removed manually, but nothing work
i know this is bad

so, i reinstalled MSG with the ad, then a removed it, but it didn't work
i tried with the 2.54 and the 3.00
what can i do?

You should close any other applications runnig, like IE. Also rebooting you computer will show you if things are still installed or not.

Remember that it could be some adware installed by other sources and not Plus!.

i closed IE and msn
then i un installed msg
i reboot
but the ad are still in ie
and this is the ad of msg, the four bin comp bar
it apears just after the installation of msg

can i remove it manually?

You need to close MSIE before (well, actualy during) you uninstall Messenger Plus! and its sponsor, not after!

Instructions are presented at you when you do the uninstalling (it asks you to type a number, it asks you to close open MSIE-windows, ...) But more detailed instructions can be found here:
