O.P. Accessing all dialogs
There used to be a document with instructions on accessing all the dialogs Plus! had. Does it still exist?

RE: Accessing all dialogs
I think that the document only included the newly added dialogs in Plus 3 so the translators could check out translation. For this new version  (3.60) I have no notice of the existence of that document. Furthermore, not all of the dialogs can be accessed directly.

If you want to display all of them, the best thing you can do is click in every button in the software.

How about the installation window (for new translations)?

Patchou uses to send us a pre-release version with a draft of our translations, and we can check if the texts fit or not. Also, there are some tricks to test the installation dialogs without Patchou making a new version, but what really matters is that at the end all the texts are translated and fit well in their places.
