WHEN I INSTALLED, i couldnt see emoticons not sent by me. wen i uninstalled, i cant see frends nicknames, only emails.
should i reinstall?

Yep, reinstall. I dont know what caused it that u dont see other ppls emoticons a reinstall mite fix it (make sure u have plus version 3.01.94 available at http://www.msgplus.net ). To view ur contacts by name in MSN messenger go to Contacts > manage contacts > view contacts by > choose "displayname"

Go to Plus! > Preferences > Instant Messages,  and make sure "Allow the use of commands and Tags" is checked and enabled.

LARGER PROBLEMS. i installed smileycentral. it uninstalled smileycentral AND MSN PLUS!!!

SmileyCentral is known to cause problems... I suggest to uninstall that and reinstall MsgPlus!

Ps: Oh, and it is not MSN Plus but Messenger Plus!, MSG Plus, MsgPlus, or Plus!. MSN Plus is a completely different program made by Microsoft

ONX: It's Msg Plus, not MSN plus. MSN Plus is another thing from microsoft that has nothing to do...

Well, smileycentral is known to cause problems when it's installed with plus (as said in other thread). I'd suggest you to uninstall smiley central (if still not done), restart and install plus
