OK I had installed the latest msn plus that worked
I then installed the mood changer plug in ..that worked
then i installed the ink redistribution which i had a probl ..reinstalled it(ink red...) but then when i re-launched msn it keep crashing on the mood selection screen and then
i had to resort to deleting the mood.dll from the plug in folder..then uninstalled msn messenger plus+ messenger
Reinstalled msn and nothing as soon as it loads contact list it just stops responding ..i tried reinstalling plus after and the same thing contact display loads then stops responding any suggestions? thanks

Do you have Windows 2000, XP or 2003? Note that the ink redistibutables and the handwritting plugin only work in those versions of Windows. It you're using Windows 98 or Me, you should uninstall them (you can also disable the plugin).

mood changer: I haven't heard about it before (or not sure), but if it's a plugin for plus (as it seems), try to disable it in the plugins section of the preferences of plus and then restart messenger.
There are some plugins that doesn't (still) work with Msg Plus! 3.

ok its windows XP what i am using. It wont let me disable the plug ins as it loads it stops responding

Ok. Go to Add and Remove programs (in control panel), select Messenger Plus! and uninstall it. It'll ask if you want to keep your settings and if it should uninstall plugins. Be sure you select both boxes (ie: do not keep seetings and do uninstall plugins). Once Plus is uninstalled, restart your computer and install it again. This time it shouuld work.
