B4b00n: If you just want to send music without using the microphone, you can follow Anubis' steps, however for better quality you need some thing else. I'd suggest you to create an Internet radio. You need WinAMP, a plugin for Winamp and another program to send the music and your contact needs winamp or WMP 9 to hear the music. With this method you would be able to send high quality music, and not only to one person but to several people at the same time. However, the better quality of music and the more people listening to it, the more widthband needed. For example, in 128 Kbps upload ADSL you can have up to 4 or 5 people listening to you with "decent" quality.
