Nope. But there is another way without a microphone...
Go to your Volume Control click on Properties and then click Recording and check all the boxes...then when you load an audio convo and play music your contact will hear it.
If you are playing an audio file on your computer you can send that over MSN's file transfer.
I suppose a plugin that can send the MP3 or WMA you are currently playing to your contact could be useful...I can't think of a way to do it at the moment...

the quality of the sound would be still bad, because messenger assumes you're sending voice and sets the sampling frequence to a low value (i think 8KHz) and uses mono, not stereo.

B4b00n: If you just want to send music without using the microphone, you can follow Anubis' steps, however for better quality you need some thing else. I'd suggest you to create an Internet radio. You need WinAMP, a plugin for Winamp and another program to send the music and your contact needs winamp or WMP 9 to hear the music. With this method you would be able to send high quality music, and not only to one person but to several people at the same time. However, the better quality of music and the more people listening to it, the more widthband needed. For example, in 128 Kbps upload ADSL you can have up to 4 or 5 people listening to you with "decent" quality.

For more info go to http://www.shoutcast.com . There you can also download the needed programs.

I already know the SHOUTcast plugins for winamp, I thought it would be much more handier to send the music directly through messenger, you wouldn't have to know your IP and this sort of things (I've got a dinamic IP and I'm behind a NAT)
