O.P. Offline Notifications don't appear
When a user goes offline, I don't get the little message coming up. I reformatted my computer recently and it worked for a few days, then it stopped again but not sure why.

Using MSN 6.2.0137 and Plus 3.01.94 with no other plugins.

plus>preferences>notifications> pop up options> And is it enabled there?

Yeah. It's enabled in popup defaults as well.
