Most likely it is detecting the sponsor package as a virus. However, this is not true. We have had many people reporting 'viruses' before, but as you can read elsewhere (at Note about Trojan detection for example), this is not true.
If you downloaded the setup file from the official page at http://www.msgplus.net then there is nothing that can happen
