i have an idea for a plugin or program that lets u browse through images on ur computer and select it as your msn messenger background skin (lvback)

since i have no clue on how to make programs i was hoping someone could come up with something like this or tell me where i can get it if it has already been made

i just want to select a background image fast instead of changin the name goin to the folder dragin it in very stupid but im sure ppl will say no that aint w/e im lazy lol

Its a pain by hand, a nice plugin with an lvback folder would be very nice.
