Just installed Norton Anti-Virus 2003 Proffessional Edition and Norton Internet Security 2003 and now my computer is extremly slow to startup and marginly slower when its running, is there a way to fix this up? (I've allready minimised the amount of programs on startup using msconfig)

Sadly any product from Norton seems to be a resource hog. Sorry this post probably isn't what you wanted to hear.

How much physical RAM do you have in the computer?

Also, Whats your OS?  I had a BIT of slowness with Norton, I configured the options though and increased my virtual memory and now it starts really fast.  Of course, I touched my virtual memory settings, Windows doesnt manage them for me anymore .
