MSN (Not plus!) keeps crashing, in two ways
[way one] doesnt give any hint and the whole thing dies down
[way two] says something that MSN has a problem and has to be close downed

I already reinstalled MSN Messenger several times already; yet the situation has not yet improved...If there is any single way, please tell me step by step

We can't help you step by step with only that vague description...

We need to at least know:
1) What's your OS
2) What the exact MSN Messenger version
3) Do you have Plus! installed and running, if so what's the exact version
4) Do you have any plugins for Plus!, if so, which ones and which versions
5) Do you have any addons for Messenger, if so, which ones and which versions
etc...
etc...

MSN Version: 6.2 Chinese Traditional
Add-ons: None
Plugins: None
MSN Messenger Plus!: Not installed
Virus' on comp: none

Another question: How big can my avatar be (at max)?


PS: It has lately improved, doesnt crash that often; still, just in case, help...

If u can't login u can try switch server with the program attached here (msnservers.zip)

Emm, it's not that I cant login, it's just that MSN crashes... Like i have descibed. Either it crashes without telling me (ends program automatically) or else it displays a message saying that an error has occured in MSN Messenger, and has to be closed.

I have reinstalled MSN many times, yet it hasnt helped...
And i dont want to reinstall my OS!
