Index.php not updating?

O.P. Index.php not updating?
Even after refreshing from the Server the page still isn't refreshed. It still says TB is the latest poster in his thread (http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=31233&action=lastpost)

Is the time at the top updating? :p

The thread "Few quick questions" isn't in Help & Support... it was moved from there, and TB was the last poster before the move.

My Last visit is wrong as you can see the time in the statusbar compared to the itme on the forum. Something is wrong.

The last visit time will be your last visit, not when you were last active.
