Okay, so here's the deal.
I've got the latest MSN Messenger, Messenger Plus! and StuffPlug-NG installed, and, a few friends of mine know I use the StuffPlug's open window detection thing that displays a toast, and, more or less just to be annoying, they open & close a convo window a half dozen or so times so it fills my screen with toast popups. I was just curious if it'd be possible to create a plugin that would either
a) block these people for a few minutes, or
b) prevent a toast from popping up for a few minutes after say, 2 or 3 consecutive chat window popups, or something along those lines.
Don't know whether this would have to be a StuffPlug function, but presumably a seperate plugin would also be able to do it, in conjunction with StuffPlug.

i got a better idea, block your friends that are annoying you for 10 min, if they do it again, block them for an hour, and then they'll stop if they really want to talk to you !
