is it every contact or just occasionally??

cos if a contact closes window and you send a message at about the same time it fails to send (happens to me alot...my contacts always close window after they type :@)

Lets say that this is the reason.But with cant when i excract these files then i press this icon with the butterflies in order to change server and nothing happens?
