HELP. i have tryed to change the boss protection thing but i cant figure out how to get into it!!
please help me as it is getting really anoying

you need to set a shortcut key (for example: CTRL+ALT+B)

when ever you press that combination, you will enter boss protection mode, hiding all conversation windows and contact list

how do i change the auto reply??

In the main msn window:

Plus! > Preferences > Privacy Protection

You should be there once you've taken those steps mate

plus with myne i have 2 press ctrl and space

autoreply is a different feature from boss protection

first you need to create a "personalized status" by clicking the "personalized status" tab under preferences
now click the "status Presets" tab and fill in any of the 20 available forms
head back to the contact list and click on your nickname to change status and choose "More status..."
choose the one you just made and when someone message you, the message you specify while filling the form will be messaged to the contact

i meant the auto reply when u go into boss protection
but i have got it any way
