Is it posiblle to turn meesanger plus off but then turn it back on with out downloading anything or uninstaling anything. just for the curisosity i was just wondering if you can

Yes, just close MsgPlus (press CTRL+ALT+DEL) and delete the MsgPlus entries from autorun with msconfig (Start > Run > msconfig, last tab). Then you should manually execute MsgPlus.exe before starting Messenger.
Or let AppLoader do it all for you

o thanks cuze i was just wondering if i could cuze some times my parents tell me to get rid of plus cuze they think it screws up your computer

Plus won't screw up your PC, maybe the sponsor could...

The malware is horrendous in the sponsor package.

Could you explain this further? The sponsor package will add a toolbar in Internet Explorer, some desktop shortcuts, favourites and change your homepage. These are quite minor adjustments (especially compared with what else goes around these days).

Also, the sponsor program can be removed easily by following the instructions given at How to uninstall ad-ware/sponsor. Therefore, I don't see what you mean when you talk about horrendous malware

Well, I didn't come to these forums before installing, so I wasn't informed on how to fix those problems.  After installing, I received many a pop-up.  That is in no way minor.

That is also in no way forced upon you. You could have decided not to install the sponsor when you installed Plus! (see screenshot)

Actually, you were. It is said in the "important message" in the setup: "The sponsor program can easly be removed at any time by uninstalling Plus!". (see screenshot)

The page that Tochjo listed is nothing more then describing again step by step what you'll see when you uninstall Plus!. Actually, it doesn't need explainations as it is said what you must do when you uninstall Plus!
