Yes i know your thinking use polygammy or jrnzloader or stuff-plug but the feature i was thinking would be cool is like in AIM 5.5(I think thats the version)

In wich you can login to 2 accounts with one messenger so saying i opened msn messenger logged into example@gmail.com then  when signed in clicked Plus! there would be an extra menu added from the plugined named something like Multi Login or something and when clicked you get propmted to enter an email adress and p.w to login then it cuts the contact list in half and has a bar at the top of each half with the email adress that its signed into so it would look something like this.



looks crappy but im sure someone like tb could do something with it.

Not without major work. AFAIK, it's not possible to have two Passports logged in and displayed in the same window.
The best bet is to write a wrapper program for MSN which 'hides' the instances of Messenger and uses it's own interface.
