If i set notifications for a contact to 'notify me next time' for forexample when a 'contact signs-in', the notification does not just happen the next time the contact signs-in, but every time.. Is it a bug? Or do i just do something wrong?

Make sure you don't confuse the toast with the standard toast of MSN Messenger which will be shown each time someone signs in (if you've enabled Tools > Options > General > Display alerts when contacts come online).

Also, about what Messenger Plus! version are you talking about and also always give the MSN Messenger version and operating system, when you report a bug. ;)

Or be more clear, or that's not what I meant ;)

Sorry, I'll ask differently and be more clear myself:
1) What's the state of the option:
Tools > Options > General > Display alerts when contacts come online ?

2) What's the state of the option:
Plus! > Preferences > Notifications > Popup defaults > Enable Messenger Plus! notifications when contacts sign-in ?

And that would be?
For the full MSN Messenger version go to: Help > About MSN Messenger
For the full Messenger Plus! version go to: Plus! > About

plus 3.25.106
messenger 6.2.0137

And it happens if i set notifications for a contact to 'notify me next time' by right-clicking on the person.

So if i set this option for someone (for next time), it does this, but not just the next time but every time. And it stops when i again rightclick on the contact name, and deselect the 'contact signs-in' sqare.

i hope its clear now.
