hi there all of you

first of all, thanks for your application patchou and all of you plugin guys

now i'm willing to write a new plugin, adding a feature that allow easy on-the-fly encryption with Blowfish or AES, using RSA or DH key exchange.. but I simply can't find nothing so i can start making a plugin to Plus!. Is there an API somewhere? Is it C++?? Is there any howto on this?

please any developper say something cause i really wanna work on this... it gets me freeking  all the time to know my messages are sent plaintext through the internet...

i think Stuffplug-NG had this but it may have been removed for next version.
