johny, you could join irc first... to the #msgplus.pt channel....build yourself a staff of good helpers and then think of creating a forum....

trust me...it takes a lot of time and work,.....

the prob is we havent a place to put the forum.. the max i can do is go to irc and bui,d it up coz a forum would be possible only on lycos :D

i found one potuguese according to the signature and the place its hosted in i think he is so..
