O.P. Bug with Quick Text
I know this isn't really a bug but you can set a quicktext for /ping example and have it return to the contact something other then the ping command. Plus! should check to see if the /command is in use already or is one of Plus!'s commands.

Agreed, I have overwrote the /info command :s.. IMO, I don't think this should happen... maybe even a warning window to say: "Warning! This Command is already in use and if you overwrite it, you cannot use the two"... :D

RE: Bug with Quick Text
I found a similar bug. You can set emote.s to things like "/sevil" and put it at the start of a message. It will show up as the emote, but if you send it you still get the imperial march  music and the bats flying. E.g.

I put "/sevil" as my  emote. I type "/sevil" and  shows up, but I hit send and the imperial march and :-[ :-[ :-[ appears.

Edit: Same behavior with ones like (!WAT).
