I wanted to have the agreement to make a translation of StuffPlug NG 2 in French.

If the StuffPlug-NG site doesn't already have a French translation, I believe in the StuffPlugNG folder in Plus's Plugins folder, there is a file that contains all the text used in the plugin. Just change that to French.
