The question is on the topic..blah i want to take daemon tools, quick time and a well known download program off the start up:S...thanks

If you look in the properites/options of the program and you should be able to untick a box that says run on starup :)

With that he means Go to start> Run and type msconfig and press Enter.

Go inn startup, unselect them, but make sure not to touch anything you don't know!

If you make sure Autostart is turned off, demon tools won't run on startup:
