well about 2 weeks ago I reformatted and lost all my music on my computer I still have my music on my ipod mini but is it if you plug it into the computer itunes deletes whats on the ipod thats not on the computer?

is there anyway i can tranfer all my music back to the computer?

I have the same probleme but with my iPod.. the standard one..

There is a setting in Itunes that synchronises the Ipod with your music library, if you disable this, the Ipod will not be deleted when you connect it.

I don't know for sure, because I don't own an Ipod, but doesn't the Ipod show as portable drive in the My Computer list?

yes. try ipod soft and get either ipod agent or ipod player.
