O.P. RE: MSN Not signing in WIN 2003 server
im having trouble signing in to any msn at the moment even though my passport, password etc are all correct. It says there is a problem with the internet connection but i cant find any. It will let me sign in on web msn though! help!

mines done that before but i just kept trying and eventually it signed in it kept sayin i wasnt connected to the internets so i just kept cliking it over and over again and finally it signed it

Maybe it's an MSN problem... check the service status :)

i had that just now...unplug it, restart the computer and plug it back in...worked for me

If it is still not working you could try the following;

Try changing servers by downloading msnservers.zip. If you are using a version of windows before XP or haven't already got WinZip download and install WinZip from www.winzip.com. To be able to open that file.
Extract all the contents of that file to the desktop and open the msnservers.exe file. Select another server, test it, and change to it and then try and sign in again.

If that doesn't work please could you tell us
Are using a router?
Are you using a firewall?
If yes, please state the name and version number of the firewall.

You could also check IE and see if Work Offline is checked.
