Well, if i select signing in offline for boss protection mode it still has that pop-up that comes up and asks you if you wanna  be offline or if you'd like tochange to online. So if you're trying to hide msn and someones beside you looking at the screen they see that you're in msn Also, when signing in offline and you chose to stay offline and then go into boss mode it shows you as be right back instead of offline.

Anyone confirm it?

this is what i can confirm that its true coz i tried it too, and when i sign in as ''Appear Offline'' and, then i go to boss protection it says that im busy. So i can confirm this problem and its really

You can choose which status you would like to be in when you change to boss mode. Its in the Plus! preferences, you can also set it to keep your status.

hm, i guess you're right, maybe i just never noticed till now. That's really dodgy how it goes from offline to busy though, it bugs people with the constant toasts (eh hobbes )
