Im facing problem with big text, so sometimes I don't see the bottom of many dialog boxes. It occured after changing DPI to 120 and then back to 96. Does anyone know solution?

Are you using Windows XP? Try applying the default theme (Control Panel > Screen > Themes).

Nothing changed when I switched the themes. Also nothing when I try to change DPI.

I see you're using an ATI card: same here
I've just experimented quick and come up with a solution. First, make sure that the last setting you applied was 96 DPI. Then, change the DPI from 96 to 120, then immediately change it back, only then click Apply. That should hopefully fix it.

If what I suggested first doesn't work, then try fiddling with the resolution.
