O.P. Flash file cropping

Hi, i used FlashCatcher to get a flash file from a website.

Is there a free program that i can use to crop these?

I just need to remove the outside stuff.

Any suggestions?

u can use camtasia software... as it can capstured the screen to a movie file (but not in flash file) and it also have the capability to select the area u want to record from the screen...

One simple solution: Flash-Saving-Plugin

(works with crappy IE, not FF)

Ah yeah thanks

I have ScreenRecorder but will that record the sound too? Basically it's just the website background i need removing

edit: Supersonic i did try that but it still brings the website background with it
