possibly jammer

it locks up the cpu and takes the name of a usual windows process

Heh, it has already fried my mind. So i suppose the only way to fix it is format this computer, again. Cool

Do you have a large hosts file to prevent/block spyware/dodgy sites?
If so disable it as this gave me a 100% when loading pages.
