hey, i added an animated emoticon to my custom emoticons, but only half the animation appears when i use that emoticon, any suggestions ?

i would maybe try the oversized emotions features on stuffplug first

no, it's not oversizing, it's the amount of frames in the image, you have to edit it and delete some frames from it, thats what i did

what program should i use to edit it ?

hmmm well i downloaded Jasc animation shop, and reduced the number of frames to 20 ( it was 61 ) still doesn't work.
i don't think it's about the number of frames, coz i got another animation with 31 frames which works just fine
and i have the stuffplug plugin, still nothing works
anyone ?
