Qn:Chat window (more info inside)

is there and plugin that will able to detect when users of my contact list opens up my chat window?

cause i do saw someone having it and its using MSN 7 (or above)

its like if my fren open my chat window when i sign it. i will be able to noe it that he/she opens my chat window.

is there such a plugin?
