When I double click on a contact in my list, and the window to message them pops up, another window will pop up as well. That one goes into my hotmail and sets up an outgoing message with the email field filled in already. The same thing happens when i recieve a message from a person who has messaged me for the first time in a session.

Anyone know how to stop the pop up into my hotmail?

Hm that only usually happens if the contact is offline, do you have any other plugins running?

If you have StuffPlug try disabling open all links in default browser

i don't think that stuffplug would do that, i've never seen this on the Stuffplug forum.. and i think it would have been mentioned, although it is a possibility of course. try disabling your plug-ins one at a time, and try opening the convo box again, if it doesnt happen after you disable a particul plugin, then it is that plugin that it causing the problem

I had this problem yesterday. However I logged on today and its working again.

Hi there, Wich version of messenger u have? if u got the oldone try to download the new one and install it, or if u have the newest version then try to reinstalling the messenger. This should fix the problem!
